A fun spring layout from Julie Tucker-Wolek.
A tip from Julie: "I loved using the American Craft paper that was all clouds, instead of using the whole page as the background for a layout, I cut clouds out of the paper and used them on various places on here! I used 3D glue dots to make them stand out! And since I only cut out some of the clouds on this layout, I still have plenty more to use in the future! :)"
